achieve lots of healthy, lean protein, eat things like chicken, other poultry,
fish, and lean beef. Try to limit your consumption of full-fat cuts of beef and
pork. Protein is generally found in meats, but you can also get it from beans,
tofu, nuts, dairy, eggs, and dry fruits. If you eat a lot of dairy, consider
selecting light options to acquire all the protein and other nutrients with a
smaller amount of fat.
